If you haven't used this facility before you'll need to register first in order to receive your secure password. Once you have registered you can log in to monitor the progress of your own pending patent applications and send instructions to Hillgate Patent Services in real time. Your instructions will be acknowledged promptly by email to your registered email address.

Please note that by clicking the Instruct button you send a binding instruction to Hillgate Patent Services, and agree to pay the corresponding cost. Do not click Instruct unless you wish Hillgate Patent Services to take the action indicated.

Instructions given via MyPatents are subject to the same terms and conditions as are in force for the time being between you and Hillgate Patent Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your instructions and, if required, your advance payment reach Hillgate Patent Services in sufficient time before the expiry of the relevant deadline to enable the necessary work to be carried out. Instructions sent during evenings, weekends and public holidays will reach Hillgate Patent Services on the next working day.
